Government registration of foreign-invested limited liability companies in Azerbaijan will be carried out electronically, this was reflected in the draft law “On Government Registration and Government Registry of Legal Entities” included in the agenda of the meeting of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) to be held on April 23, APA reports.
