On April 1, 2024, Azerbaijan’s strategic currency reserves were amounted to USD 69.03 billion, APA-Economics reports.

In the first quarter of this year, Azerbaijan’s currency reserves increased by 2% or 1.34 billion dollars.

Note that USD 57.37 billion of the strategic currency reserves are the assets of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ). USD 11.65 billion is reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
