FM: Presence of Armenian corps commander of special forces indicates that this was done on their orders

The Minister stressed that it is not the first case: “Azerbaijani side investigate the issue, however, based on initial reviews, it became clear that it was a planned provacation. The presence of the corps commander of special forces indicates that this was done on their orders, not the decision of an ordinary soldier. This once again shows that there was a plan behind this provocation.”

The Foreign Minister also stressed that rapid construction works are underway in the areas near the areas where the provacation took place.
