“Azerbaijan Investment Company” OJSC (AIC) and Hungarian company “Hell Energy” have signed an agreement on cooperation. According to the document, a project for production and bottling of 300-400 million aluminum beverage cans per year will be implemented in Azerbaijan.

The plant will be constructed in Alyat Free Economic Zone, the Ministry of Economy said. According to the ME, the implementation of the project will help to attract foreign investments to the country, gain technological expertise, replace imports and improve the export potential of the finished products to other countries. However, neither the Ministry nor the state-owned company “AIC” provided information on the volume of investment and a share of the Azerbaijani side in the project.

Recall that the products of the Hungarian company “Hell Energy”, founded in 2006, are offered to consumers in more than 50 countries. The company also has modern production and bottling plants for energy drink cans.
