‘It is gratifying that the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov is currently on a state visit to Azerbaijan. Kyrgyzstan will also participate in restoration and reconstruction works in Azerbaijan`s liberated territories, said Vice Rector of ADA University Fariz Ismailzade as he addressed the first panel discussion on the sustainable development in Karabakh launched in Lachin on the sidelines of the international forum themed “COP29 and Green Vision for Azerbaijan.”

Fariz Ismailzade noted that the President of Kyrgyzstan will also lay the foundation stone for the secondary school in Karabakh.
