Nonthaburi, Bang Bua Thong Police Station Raided a major kratom water factory in Bang Bua Thong area, Nonthaburi Province, seized a lot of items. It is considered the largest ever caught.

Bua Thong Thani Village No. 13, Bang Bua Thong Subdistrict, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province, and jointly arrested and detained one suspect, Mr. Chakkrit (Tong), age 27, accused of producing and selling food that is prohibited for sale. (Kratom boiled water) illegally, in violation of the Ministry of Public Health Announcement (No. 430) B.E. 2021 regarding foods that are prohibited from being produced. Import or sell items issued under Section 6(8) of the Food Act B.E. 2522, produce, sell, or bring or order into the Kingdom modern medicine without permission. tles 2. 3 gallons of 5 liter syrup, approximately 17 liters 3. Red plastic bottle caps, approximately 16,000 pieces 4. Plastic bottle caps Green, approximately 1,000 pieces. 5. Stainless steel tanks for boiling, 5 pieces. 6. Gas stove heads, 4 heads. 7. Gas tanks, PTT brand, size 15 kg., 3 tanks. 8. Soft drink, Coke brand, size 2 liters. Quantity: 2 bottles 9. Kratom leaf grinder, Mitsubishi brand, quantity 1, 10. Ice bucket, size 200 liters, quantity 2, 11. Ice bucket, size 450 liters, quantity 1, 12. Ice bucket, size 60 ml, quantity 1, 118 bottles. 13. 128 bottles of allergy relief liquid, size 60 ml. 14. Kratom, approximately 54 kilograms. Therefore, the accused along with the seized items were taken to the investigating officer for further legal action.
The informant said that he had seen something unusual about this house, in that there was an abnormally large amount of wastewater being released. and saw that there were often groups of teenagers riding motorcycles coming in and out at night. And during
the day, there was a pickup truck parked and closed. Several days ago there used to be a blue pickup truck that was parked and closed. And I was disappointed because I saw a sign saying that kratom water was being sold, so I reported it to the Superintendent of Bang Bua Thong Police Station. and the Crime Suppression Inspector came down to help inspect the said house.
Pol. Col. Pruet Chamrunsat, superintendent of Bang Bua Thong Police Station, said that the police at Bang Bua Thong Police Station were notified by a good citizen that there was illegal production of kratom water, so they joined forces to investigate. Initially, one suspect was able to be arrested. The common items include a leaf grinder, empty bottles, cough syrup, a gas stove, fresh kratom leaves, and ready-to-drink kratom juice. As for the matter of that amount, officials are now investigating. The accused confessed that he had been doing it for about 2-3 months and selling it to customers in the Bang Bua Thong area. Initially, they were cha
rged with producing and selling kratom water. and possession of controlled drugs. The accused was taken to the investigating officer for further legal proceedings.
