A new strain of coronavirus (COVID-19) has killed 173 people in Turkey over the past day.
APA ‘s local bureau reports that Turkish Health Minister Fakhraddin Goja said this in a statement he shared on his Twitter page.

Today’s table published by the Minister on the new type of coronavirus shows that 351,965 people were tested for COVID-19 infection, 20,138 people tested positive for coronavirus, and 21,214 people recovered from the disease.
It should be noted that 128,654,886 vaccines, including the first, second and third stages, have been administered against COVID-19 in Turkey so far, of which 91.51 percent are first-stage and 82.82 percent second-stage vaccines.
