Activity directions of Turkish-Azerbaijani Vocational Education Center, to be established in accordance with the Protocol signed between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in the field of vocational education on February 19 in Ankara, has been revealed, APA reports.
Turkish Minister of National Education Ziya Selcuq said that provision of education in the fields of information technologies, welcoming, accommodation and travel services, furniture and internal design, fashion design is planned in the Turkish-Azerbaijani Vocational Education Center, which will be established.
With my Azerbaijani counterpart Emin Amrullayev, we have discussed existing situation of Baku-Turkish schools operating since 1993 in Azerbaijan and what work we can do in terms of situation in the future, and expressed our satisfaction with the student activity in the field of higher education. We have also expressed our mutual positive thoughts on signing a memorandum prepared to regulate education activities of Turkish Educational Foundation” in Azerbaijan said the Turkish Minister.
- Selcug has congratulated Azerbaijan on the occasion of historical victory in Karabakh: “Azerbaijani People’s success is our pride, their happiness is our happiness. We are aware of the importance of education in the reconstruction of Karabakh”.
