“The issue regarding exercises, conducted by Iran, has been presented in a wrong form. Position of states is expressed by representatives of official bodies, not other persons,” said Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi, APA reports.

Ambassador noted that he said information on the exercises to the Azerbaijani side months ago, it was a planned exercise: “These exercises are regularly conducted, they have been held on Western Azerbaijan earlier. Our military power is at service of our friends, can not be considered as a threat to our friends.”
