President Ilham Aliyev approved the amendments to the Law “On the State Budget for 2022” adopted by Milli Majlis on June 29.

The forecast on budget revenues was raised from AZN 26.816 million to AZN 29.197.8 million or by 8.9%. Budget expenditures forecast was raised from AZN 29.879 million to AZN 32.303.8 million or by AZN 2.424.8 million or by 8.1%.

Eventually, the budget deficit will amount to AZN 3.106 million that is up by AZN 43 million or 1.4% from the forecast operating up to now.

The consolidated budget was also amended along with the state budget. Thus, the forecast on budget revenues was raised from AZN 27,685.4 million to AZN 36,660.9 million or by 32.4% from AZN 8,975.5 million and the forecast on budget expenditures from AZN 2,626.5 million or by 8% from AZN 32,914.4 million to AZN 35,540.9 million.

As the result, the budget balance will be AZN 1,120 million (current forecast-deficit is AZN 5,229 million).
