(Nasdaq:ANAD) (“ANADIGICS” or the “Company”), a world leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, today introduced a new family of hybrid line amplifier modules.  Specifically developed as drop-in replacement solutions for system amplifiers, the Company’s new ACA27XX hybrid modules include passive components in a pin compatible SOT-115J package and are optimized to minimize or eliminate tuning requirements.

The new ACA27XX line amplifiers, available in push-pull and power doubler configurations, use the Company’s proven MESFET technology to provide high output power, excellent linearity, and industry-leading reliability for 1003 MHz and 874 MHz applications.  ANADIGICS’ hybrid line amplifier module family is offered in a wide range of gains and output power levels, while using the industry standard SOT-115J package to provide greater design flexibility across systems.
