A resident of Terter Niyamaddin Verdiev was blown up by a mine on February 22 at 17:00, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Terter region said.
According to the same source, Verdiev suffered while grazing livestock in the liberated territories. He had his leg amputated below the knee, and he also received multiple injuries.
