On August 22, bushes caught fire in a wooded area near the village of Kish, Sheki region, the press service of the Ministry of Ecology reported.

Due to the difficult terrain, it is difficult to attract equipment to extinguish the fire. Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and the fire department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are involved in the fight against fire.

On August 15, fires broke out in Gabala, Shabran, Guba and Siyazan regions. On August 21, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on extinguishing these fires.
