On Saturday at 12:30, a criminal armed with a machine gun attacked cash collectors in front of the BRAVO hypermarket in the Khatai district of Baku.

As a result of the attack, one of the collectors was killed by machine gun shots, and the second was wounded, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Turan. An operational investigation team is working on the spot.

In turn, the message of the Prosecutor General’s Office says that employees of various departments and departments of the Prosecutor’s Office carry out operational measures on the spot.

Witnesses of the event on social networks report that one attacker opened fire on the cash collectors when they were near the ATM. One collector was wounded in the head and died on the spot, the second was wounded and survived. The criminal grabbed a bag of money and fled.
