An event dedicated to the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” was held in the aviation detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), APA reports citing the website of MES.

First, the personnel of the Aviation detachment paid tribute to the dear memory of national leader by laying flowers in front of the bust of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev.
