Azerbaijan Deploys Amphibious Aircraft to Combat Wildfires in Turkey

BAKU – In a swift response to raging wildfires in Turkey, Azerbaijan has deployed its BE-200CS amphibious aircraft, as directed by President Ilham Aliyev, APA reported.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the aircraft is part of an aviation team specially equipped to handle such emergencies. The Azerbaijani team has already begun aerial firefighting operations in Turkey, aiming to control and eventually extinguish the widespread fires.
