According to Trend News Agency, the ministry expressed deep sorrow for the tragedy that occurred in the coal mine located in the city of Tabas, addressing their message to both the people and government of Iran. “We express our condolences to the people and government of Iran, as well as the families of those killed in the coal mine explosion in Khorasan province. We hope for a speedy recovery of the victims and a quick elimination of the consequences of this tragic incident,” stated the ministry’s message published in “X”.

The explosion not only resulted in significant loss of life but also injured numerous other miners, prompting calls for immediate action to address safety standards in t
