Faculty deans (program heads) have been selected for Garabagh University, which started its activity in the city of Khankandi, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.

Thus, by the order of Shahin Bayramov, the rector of Garabagh University, Keklik Gozalova was appointed to the Faculty of Pedagogy, Elmar Mustafayev to the Faculty of Social Sciences, and Turker Gasimzade to the Faculty of Arts in the position of dean.
