Azerbaijan Technical University and Bartin University of Turkiye have inked an agreement on Erasmus + and Mevlana exchange programs, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation.

The documents were signed by Rector of Azerbaijan Technical University Vilayat Valiyev and Rector of Bartin University Orhan Uzun.
