Rome: At a time when the world is facing multiple challenges, Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Holy See Ilgar Mukhtarov announced the unification of representatives from diverse religions to advocate for peace. This announcement was made during an interview with AZERTAC at an Iftar ceremony held in Rome.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Ambassador Mukhtarov noted that the event marks the beginning of a crucial new chapter, with participants agreeing to host similar meetings annually. He emphasized that the gathering has reinforced Azerbaijan's global reputation as a tolerant and multicultural nation.
