BAKU—Senior officials from the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, including Minister of Defense Colonel General Zakir Hasanov and Deputy Minister – Commander of the Land Forces Lieutenant General Hikmat Mirzayev, recently conducted an inspection of unit combat training along the conditional border.

According to Trend News Agency, the inspection revealed strict adherence to military discipline with units maintaining round-the-clock combat duty, adhering to operational protocols, and ensuring continuous service. During his visit, Minister Hasanov met with personnel on combat duty and praised their combat readiness and psychological preparedness.

Colonel General Hasanov issued directives aimed at enhancing the organization of service-combat activities and underscored the importance of maintaining high levels of vigilance among the troops.
