According to Trend News Agency, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Yalcin Rafiyev, announced on his social media page the commencement of the UN Future Summit and the adoption of the Pact for the Future. Rafiyev highlighted the summit’s role as a crucial platform for dialogue on pressing issues such as the climate crisis, water management, and social justice. “The Future Summit has just begun with the adoption of the Pact for the Future. This event will be an important platform for discussing ways to address current and future challenges, including the climate crisis, for the benefit of all humanity and future generations,” Rafiyev stated.
