Azerbaijani players will test their strength at the 22nd European Women’s Chess Championship to be held in Prague, the Czech Republic on August 20-30.
The squad includes Gunay Mammadzada, Ulviyya Fataliyeva, Gulnar Mammadova, Khanim Balajayeva, Govhar Beydullayeva, Sabina Ibrahimova and Laman Hajiyeva.
The Swiss system event will feature 11 rounds, with time control: 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.
