“We have discussed the post-conflict situation in the region with Secretary-General of NATO, said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the press conference today after the meeting with Secretary-General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg, APA reports.

“Main goal of our efforts is minimizing any war risk in the region. The best way to achieve this goal is open communication, creating an active dialogue, and learning to be a neighbor again. Azerbaijan is open to activity in this direction. I think that, when Armenia also shows good intention in this direction, we can start to work on the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” noted President Ilham Aliyev.
