Azerbaijani FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev will control a match between Latvia and Israel in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship elite round. Masiyev will be assisted by his fellow countryman Parvin Talibov and Poland’s Michal Sobczak. The match will be held in Poland on March 28, at 16:00 Baku time.
