Baku—A revolutionary digital signature technology, “SIMA Imza,” developed by AzInTelecom LLC under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, is now operational, facilitating secure access to the “mygov” mobile application.

According to Trend News Agency, the “SIMA Imza” enables users to easily obtain over 40 types of digital data from various state institutions through the “mygov” platform. This integration aims to streamline the process of accessing crucial information such as employment details, residence status, family composition, property ownership, educational diplomas, mobile numbers, fines, and legal documents like powers of attorney. The application also provides digital versions of personal IDs, and marriage, birth, and death certificates, which users can share via QR code or in PDF format.

The “mygov” app, introduced by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, serves as a central hub for citizens to monitor the usage of their personal data by different institutions. It also offers essential state services tailored to significant life events, including marriage, parenthood, or the loss of a family member.

To enhance user convenience, obtaining “SIMA Imza” does not require a visit to any office; instead, users can simply download the app onto their smartphones free of charge.
