British Minister of State for North America and Europe Leo Docherty, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Martyrs, British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld wrote on Twitter, APA reports.

“We visited Alley of Martyrs with Mr. Minister Leo Docherty and we commemorated those who lost their lives as a result of the killing of civilians by Soviet Union troops on January 20. Now Kremlin is committing the similar events in Ukraine,” noted the diplomat.
