Newly appointed Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia H.E. Prak Sokhonn officially took office in a ceremony held here yesterday afternoon under the presidency of Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.

Prak Sokhonn used to be the President of the Eleventh Meeting of the States Parties (11MSP) of the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, ambassador, advisor to the Prime Minister, and journalist.
