BAKU — The pre-election environment in Azerbaijan is free from the ‘dark PR’ activities prevalent on social media in many countries, according to Dmitry Kobitsky, Secretary-General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Speaking to journalists, Kobitsky, as reported by APA, mentioned that the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly’s observation mission, consisting of 40 members, with 33 already active in Azerbaijan, has been monitoring the election process for a considerable period. He outlined plans for the observers to convene and discuss their findings overnight following the election’s conclusion, leading to a comprehensive final report.
