The official opening ceremony of the 12th Gabala Music Festival, held with the support and organization of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Ministries of Education and Culture, the Baku Music Academy and Gilan Holding, took place on July 31, APA’s local bureau reports.

A congratulatory letter from First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva to the festival participants was read at the event.
