U.S. is waiving the coronavirus vaccination requirements for foreign air passengers, as well as federal employees and contractors. The White House said in a statement.

In addition, the public health emergency due to COVID-19 will end on the same day.

The statement notes that mandatory vaccination will no longer be required from «certain noncitizens at the land border.» The White House promises to provide further details in the near future.
