The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) registered the prospectus of emission of shares of “CPM-Invest” company.

The document has been posted in the CBA electronic information disclosure system.

According to the prospectus, “CPM-Invest” plans to raise its registered capital by AZN 400,000 or 2-fold, from AZN 400,000 to AZN 800,000. To raise the capital, there will be issued 400 new shares with par value of AZN 1,000 each
