Day of Azerbaijani Cuisine held in Taiwan

The Day of Azerbaijani Cuisine has been held as part of the Yi-lan International Children’s Folklore and Folkgame Festival (YICF) in Taiwan.

Azerbaijan is represented at the festival by the Children’s Music School under the Baku City Culture and Tourism Department and Aysel-Buta folklore troupe.

As part of the Day, the participants of the festival familiarized themselves with Azerbaijans cuisine and tasted national dishes, including pilaf, dushbere and choban salad.
