SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, who is on a visit to Tbilisi, met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on May 1.

This was reported to AZERTAC by the Georgian government’s office.

The meeting focused on economic cooperation between the two countries, especially in the energy sector.

Investment projects implemented by SOCAR in Georgia were discussed. The successful cooperation of Georgia with SOCAR was noted.

Mahir Mammadov, CEO of SOCAR Energy Georgia, also attended the meeting.
