EBRD Reports Growth in Operating Assets in Azerbaijan

BAKU — The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has reported a growth in its operating assets in Azerbaijan, marking an increase of EUR 12 million as of July 31, bringing the total to EUR 664 million. This increment reflects a slight but positive shift in the bank’s financial engagement in the country amid ongoing economic developments.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, despite the growth in assets, the volume of the active portfolio remained steady at EUR 893 million, including outstanding commitments, while the number of active projects in Azerbaijan decreased slightly from 30 to 29.
