A fifth-grader was beaten by schoolgirls in Balykchi. The girl is in the hospital. Maksatbek Sarbagyshev announced at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on social policy.

According to him, the incident took place on April 13. «Schoolgirl is in the hospital. Her mother is raising her alone. Offenders are trying to close the case with the help of city council deputies,» Maksatbek Sarbagyshev said.

Deputy Minister of Education Toktobubu Ashymbayeva noted that checks and explanatory conversations are being held with students and their parents.

The Department of Internal Affairs of Issyk-Kul region told 24.kg news agency that the fact was registered, and a forensic medical examination was scheduled. According to the police, the conflict between three students broke out during a physical education lesson and continued after school. As a result, the victim was beaten by two of her classmates.
