Foreign Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Tahsin Ertugruloglu is on a visit to Azerbaijan, APA reports.

He came to Azerbaijan to participate in the meeting of the 27th Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization, which will be held tomorrow in Shusha.
