“We witnessed the oppression of Armenia. Everything from Fuzuli to Shusha was razed to the ground,” said Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay during his visit to Shusha, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

He noted that even grass did not grow in the areas where Azerbaijanis were expelled, and the whole world should witness this.

Oktay also expressed his satisfaction with the reconstruction works carried out by Azerbaijan in the liberated areas.
