Organization for Democracy and Economic Development – General Secretariat of GUAM has congratulated Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Victory Day, the organization tweeted in this regard, APA reports.

“General Secretariat of GUAM congratulates Azerbaijan on the occasion of the liberation of its lands with Victory and restoration of its territorial integrity”, noted.
