President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Russia on a working visit at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko and other officials welcomed President Ilham Aliyev at Vnukovo-2 international airport in Moscow.
