On Friday, the head of state visited the Absheron village of Pirshagi (20 km north of Baku), where improvement work was started.
According to the plan, country roads will be equipped, communications will be re-laid, historical and architectural objects will be restored, including an old bathhouse and a mosque. A park will be created in the center of the village.
The work will be a continuation of the work on the reconstruction and improvement of the Absheron villages and suburbs of Baku, started from the Balakhani settlement.
This year, similar work will begin in three more villages – Mardakan, Buzovna and Mashtaga.
