**International Metal Symposium “Baku Steel Art 2024” Inaugurated as a Platform for Artistic and Environmental Innovation**


BAKU – The inaugural international metal symposium:The inaugural international metal symposium, “Baku Steel Art 2024,” kicked off on September 18, coinciding with the eve of COP29, under a collaboration between “QGallery” and “Baku Steel Company” CSC (BSC). The event, set to run through September 30, aims to meld artistic creativity with metallurgical innovation, fostering environmental sustainability and industry advancement.

According to Trend News Agency, the symposium was officially opened with a media tour on September 20, where 12 participating artists from seven countries displayed their skills and discussed their inspirations and artistic processes. These interactions highlighted the symposium’s role as a crucible for cultural and creative exchange, emphasizing the potential of metal art to contribute to sustainable development and environmental awareness.

Organized by “Baku Steel Company” JSC, the first metallurgical company in Azerbaijan to receive European and American quality certifications, and “QGallery,” the first private art gallery in Baku, “Baku Steel Art 2024” represents a significant step in merging artistic endeavor with industrial prowess. The company has been pivotal in advancing Azerbaijan’s economic development through its focus on technological advancements and high-quality production standards.
