The Commission of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) made a decision to dismiss OJSC Investment Company Plateau Capital and Co. from membership in the exchange. The decision was made based on the appeal of the company itself, the BSE reports. At present, 9 investment companies are members of the BSE. OJSC Investment Company Plateau Capital and Co. was created by reorganizing the brokerage company Texnika Kapital (a subsidiary of Texnika Bank OJSC, which is undergoing liquidation). The investment license was granted to the company in September 2019. The paid up share capital of Plateau Capital and Co. is 680 thousand manats. The shares of this company were acquired by the offshore company Plateau Capital International Holdings Limited (99%). Farnoush Farsiar-Aidi is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company. BSE members provide services to investors or participate in investment activities by submitting applications for traded securities with the ability to remotely connect from the exchange’s trading platform. Only legal entities licensed as an investment company can be members of the Baku Stock Exchange.
