Employees of the Main Southern Territorial Customs Department prevented the export of currency from Azerbaijan. This is stated in the message of the State Customs Committee on November 30.

According to the press release, at the Astara customs post, a Jack truck was inspected, heading from Azerbaijan to Iran, driven by an Iranian citizen. “During the inspection, money in the amount of US $22,260 was found in the truck, hidden from customs control,” the statement said.
