Baku – Iraqi Airways has initiated regular flight operations to Baku’s Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the inaugural flight from Baghdad to Baku is scheduled to depart on November 19, 2023, at 00:15. Iraqi Airways has outlined a plan to conduct flights between Baghdad and Baku five times a week, marking a significant increase in air connectivity between Iraq and Azerbaijan.
