King of the Belgians Philippe has addressed a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.

The letter reads:

“Your Excellency,

I extend my congratulations along with wishes for health and tranquility to you and the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Independence Day.”
