“Russia hopes that the trilateral working group of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan will soon be able to reach an agreement on the establishment of transport links between the west of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

Lavrov said that he hopes that the Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, as co-chairmen of the relevant trilateral Working Group, will soon reach concrete agreements on the restoration of the use of the railway route between the main areas of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan.
