According to the news in the Mexican press, teams that have been digging for a while in the city of Cordoba, accompanied by expert dogs, have detected many corpses, APA reports citing WestObserver.

It was shared that more than 20 corpses were found in the excavations carried out in 18 pits, and the investigations were continuing in 22 pits.

According to the statement made by the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), the bodies were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute facilities for examination.

It was shared that the excavation works in the region will continue.
