in Gakh – 46 cm, in Yardimli and Gusar – 33 cm, in Dashkesan – 27 cm, in Sheki – 26 cm, in Altiagay – 24 cm, in Guba – 20 cm, in Lerik – 19, in Khaltan – 16, in Gryz – 12, in Oguz – 10 cm, Shahbuz, in Gabala – 7 cm. The strength of the north-east wind was 7-12 m / s.

The air temperature in the lowlands was 0-2 degrees below zero, in the mountains it was -7-11 degrees below zero,

In Baku and Absheron, light snow fell during the night and day, the air temperature was about 0 degrees.
