On December 26, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will host an auction for placement of interest-bearing, secured, undocumented, registered Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund bonds with the ISIN code AZ2070008688 in the amount of 45 million manats and a circulation period of 9,000 days (about 25 years).
This is reported by the BSE.
The message says that 45.000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 manats will be put up for auction. They are promised a yield of 3% per annum. Interest will be paid every 6 months.
At the auction, the orders will be collected from 11:00 to 12:30 in accord with the BSE trading rules. If the demand exceeds the supply, the orders will be provided in a proportional manner.
Underwriter for placement is the investment company “Unicapital”.
